Taste wise the only one I can tolerate in hot drinks is xylitol. (Poinsonous to dogs). I tend to use erythritol and maybe mix in stevia for any baking or recipes. I don’t use much, often less than recommended. It also limits any potential for aftertastes. Seems fine at the level I use it.They may grow on me...like a fungus!.
