They look yummy thank youI make a batch of these https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/keto-egg-muffins and take them to work, if travelling etc. I've even taken them on a walk (when it was cool - I'm not sure how they'd cope with the temps we had in the summer!). You can add all sorts of things to them and they last well in the fridge.

I start the day with coffee, butter and cream which is a meal in itself.
However there is another thread about home made chocolate truffles which are big, yummy, and 3.9 grams of carbs each. Loads of fat and even a little protein. I am now thinking of them as especially attractive fat bombs.
The rule breaker's breakfast could therefore be a variant on bullet proof coffee and a couple of home made chocolate truffles. Fat loading, very filling, and not really any bad stuff.
Who needs breakfast cereals, anyway?
