A coconut pancake?

Anyone have a good coconut flour pancake recipe?

I hate cooking so need precise instructions and in grams please, not cups. Thank you!!!

I use cups too. Partly as my wife is used to using them. Yes quick and easy.

Thanks very much. The rest of my family have been eating conventional pancakes like there is no tomorrow. I shall make some of these and try them out on the youngster aswell as eating some myself.

Ha. I agree. It’s usually at this point I get the “you have time to post on the forum but don’t have time to fry an egg” type of judgement.

I am with you on the hassle. But am going to give it a go tonight. I have all of the ingredients which is half the battle.

Thanks. The ones I made today were a bit eggy and more like an omelet. Unfortunately the youngster wasn’t too keen on them. So I just had a large omlet.

You're mad. I haven't got the patience to do it alone, let alone with my kids.

I just wish someone who was good at all this would create a range of foods to buy. Like pancake mix etc. I really can't be bothered with it. I can live with the food just not the effort to make it. I hate cooking and baking lol.

Don’t start on that, some folk go loopy at the very mention of such a thing.
