Diabetics R Us

I tried to post this morning but for some reason it wouldn't go.

Good evening, @heh . I just got back from a nice walk to the grocery store. Lovely sunshine but 22 degrees is insane for March. But the KittenCat disagrees, she is basking on her window sill, full of the sriracha chicken I shared with her.

Am I the only person who finds some debates in the Commons embarrassing? If children acted like that at home they would end up on the Naughty Step.

No, you are not the only person. Today I sat through the whole debate from the Attorney Generals statement to after the vote. 6 or 7 hours of posturing, putting personal preferences in front of the country, no compromise, too many contradictions, and that dreadful SNP person Ian something. What a pompous man. I could say worse about him. Sorry if this upsets any of our Scottish friends, and no disrespect meant to Scotland at all. Just that man. Sorry, I'm in one of those moods tonight and have had too much wine.

I gave up at about 4.30pm. Tuned in again for the vote, no surprise there. Surely TMs position is or must be in doubt now? I have to say she does not look too well at all.

Morning all

Windy here atm

The word "farce" comes to my mind o_O

Going out for brekkie before work with my mate Bob :D and about to put Sausage & Lentil casserole in the slow cooker for tonight's tea.

Have a good day.

H :)

I do so wish the fella with the megaphone would just trot on! Does the man ever need a wee?

Electioneering or some cycle/running/race?

The Outside Broadcasting from College Square (or is it called Parliament Square?). The man just keeps interupting the TV pieces by screeching 'No Brexit' etc and has demanded an interview on camera and will continue to screech until he gets his way. I'm all for free speech but what he is doing is tantamount to blackmail.

Ah yes. Hopefully the police will intervene.

Very nice low carb recipe:
Fill mushrooms with chorizo, brie or goat's cheese or blue cheese or all of them and some left over cheese fondue from yesterday. Top with a bit of grated whatever kind of cheese and put in the guest room to use the next day on your birthday party. Forget they were ever there for 5 days.
Search for something in the guestroom and have the cat sneak in, so you're reminded of your filled mushrooms when you see it stealing the cheese from the mushrooms.
Mind, the next part only works during winter with an unheated guest room. Otherwise this is the moment to say something not to be repeated on the forum and bin the mushrooms.

Put the slightly dried out filled mushrooms in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Cook string beans. Cut the baked mushrooms in quarters and mix with the cooked beans.

Very nice dinner, and enough left for tomorrow :)

Morning all

Another wet & windy day ahead.

Have a good day.

I like him best as a cowboy riding with Sam Elliott. :)
