Tesco Milk Chocolate Viennese Thins

I don’t mind at all, my weight loss has ground to a bit of a halt at the moment but that’s because I’ve been on crutches for the last eight weeks following foot surgery. I think it will restart once I get out walking properly again. Before my surgery it was dropping still, albeit very slowly.

Edit, oh did you mean me or Charlie?

I meant you ;) I asked only because you lost a massive amount with still some more to go, so I just wondered if you were still losing. I'm a nosy old trout. :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious: How long before you lose your crutches? I would have thought walking on crutches for short distances would be good exercise because of the extra effort involved. I remember how I was when on crutches for 6 weeks in another life. It was hard work!

Sorry for the confusion, but I did tag Rachox.

Yes I’ve lost 6 1/2 stone, another stone to go to reach the ‘healthy BMI’ The crutches have been hard going on my other joints, especially hands, wrists and shoulders, so need to get shot of them. I’m allowed to not use them or the surgical boot indoors now but two more weeks with them outdoors :(
Sorry for the derailment @charlie000

Anything you can recommend\?
I do not eat biscuits anymore, they are all full of carbs so I do not buy them. I cant see the point of eating a couple of biscuits just for a treat or whatever, and getting a bgl up in the >10's messing with my averages.

There's always some carbs in my meals but I do not eat treats, here's a pix of my averages from a couple of weeks ago they are based on before and after three meals. They are slightly lower this week.

Which app is that? If say you have 3 pieces or grilled or baked chicken, feta cheese, butter, no carb chilli sauce and Hellman’s real mayo what carbs. Can you add?

Diabetes Journal Pro.

I do not eat feta cheese or Hellmans mayo, so basically zero carbs in the rest, the peri peri sauce I use has 0.8 grams of carbs in a small splash of it.

Sure can, and in my head as well.

Do you have a carb limit? If so what is it?

It's spread over three meals during the day, includes low carb beer when I go to the bowls club.

I did not have to loose much weight, only three kilos to drop down a size in jeans to 102 cm waist.

One thing I’m finding difficult to eat go is coke and 7up. I have switched to diet and zero coke can this be bad for you?

I've never been a fan of bread or grains if I'm honest. But I do like rice with a curry, I don't know why... Maybe because its quickly fulfilling?
I find bare naked rice is not a bad substitute for rice. A bit more expensive but zero carbs. I also do my own cauliflower rice.
