7 year old boy cane with severe vomiting pain abdomen,gasping ,with 740grbs,urine ketones present wbc over 30000,kasmual breathing present,I treated him with iv fluids and human insulin infusion drip,still if we stop the insulin infusion sudden raise of grbs to 450mg/dl

Hello, I'm assuming you'd take that poor boy to hospital to be examined and assessed by doctors and nurses. I'd like to think once he back in range and feeling better, he'll resume using this insulin pens to regain control again and this will stop him going back into high levels.
