Sick and nauseous, and extra worried because of what's happening. Belly aches and heart hurts

It might be worth a call to NHS111, they can diagnose and give treatment advice, and insulin dose adjustments if needed.

How are your levels, lovely? Here if you need a chat x
Thanks Mel
Just well and truly sick .....lobster and frites and wine and armagnac. It sounds a lot but it was tiddly portions.
Brought BG down and have probably bloused.
and......................

Still ginger beer seems to have settled it a little. One awaits the dawn and with luck a moderately calmer belly if one can say that.

All it takes is the one bite that’s contaminated. Be careful watch your BG’s and test for ketones. If you get worried call 111. If you took insulin and you start throwing up it can be a problem, you have to keep a close eye on yourself. If you start dropping BG levels, soda might have a chance at sipping and keeping down to bring up BG’s. Especially real ginger ale. Or sucking on a jelly .

But you have to be really careful, food poisoning can be quite dangerous. Any doubts call 111.

How are you this morning Sue?
