How do you take care of your feet?

Wearing socks most of the times, my feet tends to get dry.
I apply body lotion, and sometimes petroleum jelly.

Any special technique, or ways you take good care of your feet?

I reversed my Type 2
Treatment type
Tablets (oral)
After bathing, showering, swimming etc I always apply an intensive moisturising cream specifically for feet. I buy Boots own make. I used to have badly cracked heels but after my type 2 diagnosis I paid my feet more attention. I do believe that the weight loss I achieved with the low carb diet helped my feet heal too

CCS Foot Care Cream Professional is good. I don't really need it anymore but for the longest time during my diabetes recovery, the soles of my feet were desiccated. The above cream made light work of them, along with a pumice stone.

My feet still tend to be a bit dry, but they are in far better condition now than before I went LCHF in February.

Yes, I have a tube of that at home but don’t need to use it anymore.

I have a health care plan that entitles me to five free podiatrist sessions a year, who keeps a thorough check on my feet including cutting my nails.

Margaret Dabbs foot hygiene cream.
Its astonishingly good.
Recommended by my parents after they swapped a fungal infection.
Got it cheap on ebay
Only need to use it once or twice a week. Most effective and least hassle foot cream I have ever tried.

I get Flexitol on prescription. I didn't ask for it but at one review the nurse noticed a little dryness and just said she'd give me some. It's great stuff but as it's so thick, the tube doesn't last long!

I do not have diabetes
Any moisturising cream that has urea in it. 10 -15% is fine.
Low carb diet; but if you can't, then just dont eat anything made with wheat.
Magnesium supplement, especially if you have been eating wheat products.
Lots of foods that contain vit k.
Moderate exercise that uses your muscles.
Running, swimming, cycling, weights are excellent.
Get some sun and vit D.
Goes without saying, but watch blood glucose levels.

I rub my feet with cow dung every night doesn't really help but it means I have the bed to my self at night.:)

I have stood in that stuff fresh from the cow, barefoot on a frosty morning before milking them, magic foot warmers... :D
