The eggs are allowed on vegetarian diet, but for 9 days only for religious reason not taking them.

Would a vegan egg replacer like Orgran work instead of the egg? I use it for baking as I don't eat eggs.

I’m guessing if it ‘sets’ like an egg when cooked it would be ok
