Hi all. Do any of you pay much attention or worry much about your omega 6 to omega 3 ratio in terms of inflammation and any potential impact on blood sugars/diabetes as such? I’ve been reading about these omega fat ratios and I do eat oily fish (3-4 portions a week) and walnuts and avocados on most days, but don’t really pay much attention to what ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 I eat, or am I being too OCD about it? Should I really only worry about overconsumption of carbs/sugars in the main?
