Apologies if this has already been posted. Thought it was fascinating, particularly when he starts talking about the diet of the ancient Egyptians.

I have seen either this video or a similar one by him.
It is fascinating that this modern food experiment has been done before - in the early civilizations after the start of agriculture.
Unsurprisingly the results were quite similar if you account for the modern industrial seed oils accelerating the rise of metabolic diseases this time around.
Who knew that you could see the evidence of Coronary Artery Disease in ancient Egyptian mummies?

I agree @ianf0ster. I have heard many people tell me the problem is that modern grains are bad for you and we should use the ancient grains ...... apparently not!
