New symptom identified covid 19

Just watched a BBC Q and A where a GP in answer to a question about symptoms said that though cough and fever plus shortness of breath are the main symptoms there are a lot of symptoms including loss of smell sore throat tummy problems and diarrhea . And you could have one or all of those symptoms.

Now strangely,

Regarding that story of a diabetic self isolating after a trip to Italy skiing, then contracting & testing positive for COVID 19.

Didn't he mention something about acquiring a taste for smoothies & going off other drinks?

Thanks for posting.
Funnily enough, I have gone off cooked foods this past week and sometimes hardly eaten anything and I normally have a really good appetite.

I think you could find that's just worry playing it's part. I've had days when I just didn't feel hungry because head was spinning about all of this so when you are worried about something some people just don't fancy eating. Plus if you are staying home (quite rightly) you aren't burning off the calories so probably don't feel hungry anyway.

Re the new symptom, as long as my cooking still tastes awful then I'll be happy!!!
