I am 70 later this year, diabetes type 1, but really well controlled, and I take blood pressure tablets, so I gather I have hypertension, but because my diabetes does have fluctuations in test results, some very low, and quite a few higher ones, and hba1c results, last one lower than they wanted, and 2 months previously it was between 8 and 10, I do not know how well my immune system would cope if I got the covid19 virusWe are not really considered to be the most vulnerable unless you have another condition like kindney disease or perhaps hypertension.
For the time being "stringent social distancing" is the wording being bandied about, so stay 1 to 2 metres away from everyone else until better information is available.
