They are going to enforce it, but how, how will they know if you take a walk down the road in the Morning, and then take another walk later in the afternoon, or are the police or army going to be used in certain places

I have just heard Boris J state on our local ABC radio news, "Stay at home", now to me that means what it says...He never made it clear what to do.
The situation is laid out very clearly here:

He never made it clear what to do.
Crystal clear here:

Stay at home
- Only go outside for food, health reasons or essential work
- Stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people
- Wash your hands as soon as you get home
All that says is about social distancing not about self isolating when you have to go to work or can't work from home

Unless you fall into one of the groups listed below (in which case you will have been, or will shortly be contacted), it is the social distancing rules that need to be followed, unless you have any symptoms, in which case you should self-isolate:
- people who have received an organ transplant and remain on ongoing immunosuppression medication
- people with cancer who are undergoing active chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- people with cancers of the blood or bone marrow such as leukaemia who are at any stage of treatment
- people with severe chest conditions such as cystic fibrosis or severe asthma (requiring hospital admissions or courses of steroid tablets)
- people with severe diseases of body systems, such as severe kidney disease (dialysis)
In view of Boris Johnson's latest announcement what did that mean for diabetics. Do we still distance ourselves like we're currently doing or do we self isolate now? He never made it clear what to do.
