Could this letter be a two edge sword, in that it may be a hurdle to get on a ventilator if we are unfortunate enough to get covid19?

I would like to think not as the person I know who has had a letter is in her 30s. No lung or heart problems. It would be awful to write someone off because they had had a letter.

The intention is to make sure there are enough ventilators so that everybody who needs one will get one. Take heart from the fact that we have one of the best equipped healthcare systems in the world and our healthcare staff are dedicated to helping everyone. You could live in the Central African Republic, where there are 5 million people and just three ventilators in the whole country.

It is a very unfair world we live in.
