Hi from another old Aussie. Missing Metformin for a day won't do much.
I noticed my readings didn't look any different to when I take the Metformin. I'm hoping to come off it one day .

@Old Aussie if you manage to download it, you can turn off the annoying monster sounds in settings.
T2D remission or reversal doesn't happen overnight; it takes at least between 8 to 12 weeks to have very satisfying BG results and weight loss. Just stay the course and lower carbs as much as possible, continue doing your regular walks. A healthy diet is a must in the struggle against T2D. Good luck.Thanks. There is not a app for Windows from mySugr.I think someone asked if there was a version for the pc. There maybe something on their website.
It was a while ago, I think this is what I found. I never followed it up.There is not a app for Windows from mySugr.
There are links on the mySugr site to download the other Android and Crapple apps though.
