Just hoping someone can help regards Michelob Ultra lager in 330ml bottles?
Been buying it from Morrison's and as it's 73 calories and 2g carb i switched to it. Just a straight forward light pils but cold on a sunny day it's a treat. Went today and empty space where it was and checked online and they have stopped stocking it? Sainsburys and Tesco currently unavailable and can't find it anywhere online. Even Waitrose who had it in cans are out.Tried specialist sites and no joy. So if anyone can help id be grateful.. Thanks.

Hugs, can't help. Red wine or spirits with diet mixers and lots of ice might be an alternative.

A friend of mine drinks red wine with ice cubes, I have never been able to bring myself to try it.

Was a bitter and or Guinness drinker in the days pre T2 and pubs open. Just got used to the Ultra and suddenly no one has it?
Bud light and Coors light readily available but taste not as good and numbers significantly higher. It's not the end of the world but bit vexing as was a happy compromise for me.

I alternate with Morrison's and Ocado home deliveries, it is really annoying when I can't get something. I tell myself I should be grateful for what I do get, the free boxes (I am entitled to) contain food that is absolutely no good for me. I hope you find a supplier soon.

I have emailed the brewery. Suspect it's been discontinued in UK.

It's marketed as low calorie first and foremost the carbs less so.Its very popular in US but my theory is it's been removed to promote Bud light sales over here. Like I said the taste and lower carb was an easy choice

I am really looking forward to the pubs opening again so that I can cut down on my drinking.
Our pubs / hotels opened yesterday to a limited amount of drinkers.

I have to wait till 10.07.2020 for the bowls clubs to reopen, as they have different licencing laws.

One pot of low carb XXXX Gold please...

Looks good! Don't see XXXX on draught or even in cans nowadays? Used to be sold in most pubs.

Tescos do a ‘skinny’ beer at 2g carbs a bottle. Or /100ml. Not sure of details.

Not my area of interest (as you can tell!), but Mr B pronounces it quite pleasant on a warm summer’s evening.

That was what I was trying to get as alternative today but curiously that wasn't stocked anymore and again currently unavailable most sites? The 2 main low carb options gone same week? Plenty of Bud and Coors light, wouldn't be first time a brand discontinued in favour of brewery preferred brand

Just received reply from the brewery and it's just temporarily out of stock and will be available again. Good customer service as replied within 24hr and worded nicely.
I know in current world so many things more pressing than a certain/brand product but it's cheered me up if nothing else.

Been drinking a lot of 300ml bottles of Bud Light & Amstel during the lockdown. Neither are quite as low in carbs & calories as Michelob Ultra, but still pretty good. For me Bud Light doesn’t taste of much (very nice on a hot day though), but Amstel has a decent flavour. Both £10 a box in Tesco..

I like Amstel as well but 15g carb in a bottle.
Suppose the amount I'm having now may as well enjoy it? When pubs reopen it will be a pint or 2 of Guinness then soft drinks and maybe a cheeky Gin. Not pushed the limits since T2 and read you should be careful with alcohol and liver etc? Actually tried red wine last night and never been a fan in the past but a small glass of Campo Rioja was ok.
Think my tastes have changed since LCHF and Coffee suddenly is good and Tea i can't abide now Suppose if you aren't having much it shouldn't be too problematic whichever bevvy you choose?
