I used to get similar. Once I got my blood sugars normalised this went away permanently.

Depends what other health issues you have. I get pins and needles and even loss of feelings in limbs, but then I also have fibromyalgia so put it down to that and not diabetes.

I had sugars of around 20 mmol/L so the context made this clear. Other variables were brain fog, eyesight issues, blisters.

I get really tingly sensations on my arms and feet is this normal ? Bit like pins and needles.

dont know if its due to disbetes, but I get this, gets worse when I give in yo sugar cravings.

Doctors/Diabetic nurse say isnt due to Diabetes but some kind nerve damage and not to worry ! You have to be dying at my GP before they get concerned!
