Hi to all'

I have lost more weight now I am really pleased it's like going down in a lift the healthier you eat more weight loss.
I am now 77 kg I will keep doing what Iam doing.
Enjoy my food more now than I used too.
I have a diabetes review on the 1st of December so will see how that goes.
