Exercise with type 2 diabetes

First time been for a walk since home from hospital after my Covid pneumonia stay and got diagnosed type 2 my reading when I got home was 5.5 after lunch and water my reading was 5.3 (2hrs wait) is the reading ok ?

Was there many carbs in your lunch ?

It's more than okay, it's excellent. I don't know how filling that beef salad was, if that was all you ate I hope it was a big one, but.... The blood sugars are the kind you should throw yourself a little party for.
