Morning
So I’ve been doing super low carb/keto for must be 2 years now. Just after diagnosis I lost about a stone and a half but since then, doesn’t move, I get to a certain weight and then stay there. I don’t eat a lot of food, I’m not strictly consistently keto but I don’t go over 30g.
I’ve discovered pork belly in the air frier which is a great no carb snack but it’s obviously very fatty. I don’t tend to snack but some days I just fancy something, and sometimes when I’m doing my knitting zooms they are all there snacking away on stuff I can’t have and the cravings kick in, so figure instead of having something I can’t have at least I’m eating something even if it doesn’t quite hit the spot.
If I exercise my weight increases.
Now it could be my age (48) but I’d really like to lose some weight to see if that helps with my sugars but my body just doesn’t seem o want to get rid of it.
I know by exercising I’m getting healthier inside and even the dr said this.
Funnily enough before Xmas increased what I ate and I lost a bit but I’m also not overly hungry at the mo so at that point I was eating for the sake of eating and although the weight was dropping (still no lower the. My whatever stone and 9lb. It just sticks there and almost like the scale is stuck, except it’s electric
so any thoughts?
