Morning all

kept my diabetes under control for six years now after all the invaluable help from this site .
I’m needing to ad fibre to my diet that doesn’t push my BS to high ( I tried organic bran flakes but tricky to get under afterwards )

has anyone got any tips ?

Try psyllium husks fibre from Holland and Barrett, they sell ones sugar salt and starch free. I have taken these with plenty of water before a meal with no problems
 
I find seeds help. Start with a tablespoon of milled linseed or soaked chia seed a day. Build up to 3 tablespoons until things start to work regularly then cut back to 1 tablespoon, or whatever amount works best for you.
I have mine with greek yoghurt for breakfast
