Oh, wow. I've got a few, like "It's a Magical World", which my father had, but they look great!
An American friend introduced me to C&H, I hadn't heard of them before...

The same here, I would get the odd C&H in a email occasionally.
The freight courier was stuffed carrying the box in to my place, they weighed a ton being packed in four boxes one inside the other. I am pleased I did not have to pay the postage from Amazon as the books were sent from India with Prime delivery.
