Blurry vision caused by dry eyes ? Very worried please help

I just found out that in December 2018 that the Doctor did do a A1c test and it was 5.9
My fasting blood glucose was 99
I lost 40 pounds since then Dec. 2018
I doubt that I would be type 2 now
How rare would it be for me to be type 1 since Dec. 2018 ?
Thanks

At the risk of repeating the advice you have been given several times already.
Go and see your doctor.
Wild speculation on an Internet forum isn't really helping you with any health issues that you may have.

If you were T1 since 2018 you would have needed insulin in the last few years just to stay alive.

So I couldn't have been type 1 the last 2 years with no insulin ?

I lost 40 pounds in 2019 so I don't see how I would be type 2 now.....

Losing weight can help take T2 into remission but it is not guaranteed to.

I have not been diagnosed with diabetes...
Recently I have blurry vision that fluctuates throughout the day....
I noticed if my eyes do tear up which is very seldom the tears improve my vision .
But the tears do sting my eyes....
I'm very worried please help
I have the same blurry vision, been diagnosed with meibomian gland dysfunction. When I was wearing contanct lenses it was even worse but I still have it specially when I wake up and can't see anything properly before putting eye drops.
The eye drops I use are non-prescription, preservative-free. They're both good: Hylo-Tear and Hyabak.
Anyway, an optometrist can refer you to an opthalmologist, in case she can't solve your problem.
All the best

Im really worried and depressed with the symptoms I have...
I have been on a almost no carb diet for the last 2.5 weeks
Here is a full list : off and on blurry vision
New one is tingling hands and feet
Dry skin all over body
Frequent urination but I'm never very thirsty or hungry
Fast beating heart and runny nose sometimes

I did burn myself on my arm a couple weeks ago and my wound healed very quickly so I don't know if that's good news for me or not....

Hi @WorriedBilly, did your doctor do some blood tests? And if so, did they tell you what they were testing for and when you would get the results?
Unfortunately nobody here can diagnose you or advise whether your symptoms are caused by diabetes or not.
Hopefully you can get some answers from your GP soon.

I'm waiting for my eye screening to come back but I've had blurry vision for ages it seems to be only my left eye
Annie ... my left eye is blurry too. When I saw a vision consultant last week he said that my right eye is measuring 16 but my left (the blurry one) is 28! I keep wondering if it's with dropping carbs so quickly
