Do you for example play any keyboard instrument? I used to get pain in both wrists from trying to play the piano too fast without being overall relaxed. What else could cause strain in both wrists and how often does this happen? I don't think I could ever have blamed diabetes for it. It would be interesting to know a bit more. Hope this is sorted out.Hey everyone,
Has anyone experienced wrist pain in both wrists?
Just trying to find out if it can be caused because of diabetes or some other reasons.
So i can rule out.
Gp wasn’t much help.

Not a tennis elbow, is it? Just try and give it some rest... Maybe a below-the-elbow brace if it is a tennis arm. But @Grant_Vicat is right, if it's a tendonitis a doc'll often just put steroids in, and that can mess up your bloods badly. A physical therapist may be a better port of call. For both answers as to what it is, and treatment.Hey,
No I don’t play any sort of instrument.
The pain in my left arm starts just under elbow and runs down the arm through the wrist up to my index finger thats my left side and now i have noticed similar pain in just my right wrist
