Dexcom G6 transmitter not found

Hi,
This morning my app told me it had a signal loss overnight even though the phone was in the same room as the transmitter all night. I tried restarting the bluetooth, the phone, reinstalling the app but it would still not find it.
So in the end I put a new sensor in. However it still gives me an error saying transmitter not found.
I had no low battery warnings so I don't think this is the issue (plus it's still within its lifespan).
The only other change recently is that I did an Android update last week to the new version. However it still worked for 1 week after that without any issues.
Any suggestions? I'm self funding so can't afford to keep replacing these.

Have you tried going into systems apps, then Bluetooth & clearing the cache & memory?
Worth a try..
 
And if you can't get it to work contact dexcom. They should send you a new transmitter and/or sensor if you need it. They are pretty good at replacing non working equipment (at least they are in NZ/Australia).

I cleared the cache and also deleted the app twice and reinstalled.

The one other thing I'm thinking is that it's exactly 90 days since they "dispatched" the package with this transmitter. However it takes a few days to receive the package so I activated it about 2 weeks after the dispatch. Surely they can't just stop it working until 90 days from when I've actually opened the box? Maybe the dates are just a coincidence?
