I have been using my Hula hoop for exercise but I used it yesterday and about a few hours later I was really breathless n like I couldn't breath so I used my inhalers and it slowly went away this is really annoying especially when you want to exercise to help yourself.
I have a blood test tommorow so I am going to ask the nurse about why it's happening and what can be done about it.

That’s the best idea, ask the nurse and I’m sure they will refer you to a dr if needs be. Remember it may not be diabetes related, it’s all too easy to blame diabetes for everything.

Check your blood sugars aren't going to low , I find I get chest pains if I go to low because the blood is not able to transport enough oxygen to the organs that need it !

Hi to all,

No my bs aren't going to low at all.
I have contacted gp waiting for them to phone me.

I'd keep going unless the chest tightness /breathlessness is happening during the exercise in which case get breathing back to normal by stopping and getting help if needed.

That's really interesting as I used to get chest cramps when I hadn't eaten or missed a meal after being rushed off my feet.
