medtronic e-shop issue

Hi,
I've just gone onto the medtronic e-shop to order my (NHS-funded) consumables as I always do, and the prices are showing (usually they aren't) and it's saying I need to pay for my order.
Is this happening to anyone else or is it just me?

I know a couple of the medtronic sites I do have issues with logging in (quite a lot of times - their web systems are quite awful))- I cant log into the shop right now for instance so I suspect its just having login issues so it probably doesn't properly know who you are

ie try giving it some time or call them :)
