I thought I seen a link were being a member of Diabetes UK you could get a voucher to purchase the Low Carb Program for £25.
 
Hi and welcome to the forums. This isn't a Diabetes UK forum, so you might have seen a link on the "other" place?

You might find a bit more information on the website attached to this DCUK forum. I have been low-carb/keto for over three years now and haven't paid for anything - all the information is around for free.

But the Low Carb Program is a product sold by 'us', diabetes.co.uk.
I think it's even possible to get funding through your GP but I'm not sure how this works, I'm not in the UK.

Worth trying to find out though!

Sorry, I've obviously been unclear. The Low-carb program is a DCUK product - which is why I suggested looking on the website here

There are a number of CCGs who have adopted the Low Carb Programme as one of their T2 Diabetes educational programmes. If you live in such an area, your GP can prescribe the programme for you, meaning you would receive it at either a lower or no cost, so my suggestion would be to have a chat with your GP about this.

Alternatively, you could try contacting teh Low Carb Programme and ask what options are available at present, and mention the voucher you talked of.

It is approved by the NHS but depends on local funding. In some areas the health board will fund it, and you can get a 'voucher' from your GP.
