Good old Dr Tic Tok had a story about the above. I’m sceptical but on “another diabetes forum” they seemed to be approving these as part of a low carb lifestyle. I’m confused because they don’t seem that low to me . Has anyone got an opinion ? Obviously if you eat them you may be well informed

They're way too carby for me but then I'm aiming for around 20g/day. I think (iirc) one would give me about a day and a half's carb intake. I do buy them occasionally as there are non-diabetic others in the household.

It all depends on what you're aiming for, if lowcarbing, and what else you are eating.

As I thought but good to check. I thought I was missing something

I have occasionally eaten these - half of one a day was my limit. I preferred the low carb Hovis bread when it was available.
Thank you for replying. I was just wondering what others thoughts were. Personally about once every couple of months I treat myself to a couple of lovely burger baps. I can’t eat them all the time obviously but I’m sure they aren’t doing me too much harm to have them very occasionally. Little treats are the only way I can keep this on track
