Libre 2 sensor history lost

Help please! I've a dud sensor and decided to reinstall the app. I assumed that because you've to log in with a username that the previous readings would still exist but I seem to have lost all previous readings. I was asked to keep a log before I see an endocrinologist and I had 4 weeks of data which seems to be wiped. So upset. Does anyone know if there any way of getting this back?

Hi @MarthaD , deleting and reinstalling the app deletes all data, but if you go to the website LibreView you'll likely find that it's all there still!
