Savour your steak and cheese

Unfortunately New Media are fickle. They will publish anything they think will sell and then happily do the opposing theory a few days later.

I don't see the tide turning - not yet. The truth has been out there since Ancel Keyes first manipulated results by cherry picking form the dad on 20(?) countries in order to get an impressive correlation graph.
Judkin had it correctly with : Sugar- Pure White and Deadly !

Now I suppose I'm a bad moderator for quoting a book title which disparages a 'food' !

I first ate red meat and cheese as a small child in the 1940s, and I'm still eating it now getting on for nearly 80 years later, and it apparently hasn't killed me off yet....

(And although I've not particularly been a great fat lover, nor have I ever been convinced that I should give up normal/full fat food....)
