Spikes 4 hours after eating.

Hi,
I've purchased a libre 2 sensor. This is showing my bloods spike 4 hours after I eat Not much in the first two hours any ideas. I always thought the big spike was at the 2 hour mark.

Not for everyone!
But it does depend on your food as well.
A little more information pre meal and hourly after please. I suspect that you are having delayed response to your carb intake, but I'm guessing.

I have the same my levels tend to rise 4 hours later not always mind but some times
