You don't mean the sort that we were using during the Coronavirus pandemic? I used baby lotion. It was a bit difficult, and there's a bit of a target on my arm, but no pain. After once doing the rip it off quick method, never again! Now I liberally douse it in cheap alcohol hand sanitiser (not the gel type), leave it for a few seconds and then it peels off easily and doesn’t leave a big red mark.

I was advised not to rip off anything attached to my skin like a plaster or a Libre as this can rip off a layer of skin.
I find the best way to remove my Libre is in the shower. Slowly peel off a small sea and let the water get to the glue to listen it.
