My feets are burning and I feel like stepping spark small stones
Hi latib and welcome to the forums.
There is a condition called neuropathy that can be caused by diabetes, and which can have the sorts of effects you're describing. I had it from around 2014 to 2020, and it started when my HbA1c was around 43 or 44. It largely went away when I got my blood glucose levels down, but I do have some permanent damage - it's not painful, just a tingle.
However these sorts of symptoms can be caused by many other things apart from diabetes, so I'd strongly advise that you get someone qualified to have a look. If it is caused by diabetes, there is something you can do.
I hope it works out for you, best of luck.
