Hi there, I am new to forum and diabetes, I was diagnosed a year ago, with a 56, I have got this down to 47 with diet and exercise, I have a review in February, I have stayed there or lower, Christmas was a slight challenge with all the sweets around , I am 67 years old, married and live in Gloucester, I have 2 children and 2 granddaughters, they are our world.
I enjoy cross stitch, reading, puzzles, I enjoy dancing but don’t belong to any groups, I belong to a fun choir and enjoy a good singsong.

Congrats on getting your HbA1c back to a pre-diabetic level! I hope we'll be able to be of some assistance, should you need any. Otherwise, just enjoy the excellent company here. ;) I'm Jo, 44 years old and T2 diabetic for these past 7,5 years. Love cats, photography and more cats. And cats. :) (Yes, I am indeed a crazy cat lady....!). Married to Kornelis since 2008, and I think that about covers the basics, really. Though I feel like I should mention cats a few more times, for some reason.
