‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

Welcome from me too.

The only reason I'm not joining in is that we have always eaten at 6pm anyway! (I'd add a blushing emoticon if I knew how to add them).

I would love to join in I’m newly diagnosed with type two so everything is new to me x
Me too. Although I had been prediabetic for years. I found no eating after dinner was better for me. Welcome to the boards and challenge.

Failed today finished at 7:15 running late to cook our evening meal and then prepare/eat dessert. On the plus side dessert was Greek yoghurt (which despite being of Greek extraction I am not a fan of) with a spoonful of frozen berries and a couple of chopped up strawberries and a bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top. Better than I expected so I might try and stick with it.

Me too, but I'm joining in to show it can be done. :)
In fact, looking back, I'm surprised how easily it became routine.
I think, for me, it's having the confidence to know I'm not going to die of starvation overnight if I go to bed feeling slightly hungry, and that I'm not going to wake very very hungry. Sometimes I do so if I am I have some breakfast.
Simples really
