What Does IT Mean When It Says LOW CGM??

Means your sugar level was lower than the minimum it can calculate - ie normally less than 2 or 3 (depends on the meter/cgm as to the exact value it shows LOW at).
And you can see on the graph is did think it was very low at that point - may have been a rogue reading of course

I think it was. Just ignored it and went back to sleep!

If you sleep on your CGM the compression can cause a low reading.

I sleep on my side. That is why I have my Dexcom One+ on my abdomen.

Maybe that’s what it was then. I do toss and turn a lot during the night. I’ve never had that problem before though!

It may well have been because you were sleeping on the sensor. If so sitting up and checking the reading again should tell you. however with a reading that low over more than one or two minutes it would be sensible to check with your blood sugar meter just in case.

Looking at it... it seems you dropped signal in places too.

I've read the body composition of water can block bluetooth.

My money is on you slept on it..
