Hi, yes, I tried it. Twice a year or so I get a SRSLY Low Carb order and get a few gimmicks with it. The cereal was very sweet! I never liked the real thing, so this wasn't for me. Because of the sweetness, a serving was enough for me, together with LOTS of unsweetened almond milk. I had it as a snack, so I don't think it gave me lots of energy.
Horribly sweet, but I just had it on top of blueberries and yoghurt, so that helped tone it down. It was fine for blood sugars but I won’t be buying any more, once i’ve got through itI know it’s more expensive than normal cereal but has anyone tried the plant based Surreal cereal and if so, has it kept blood sugars low but more importantly has it provided enough energy for you?
