Hi, my last HBA1C was in early December and it was 74, so it’s come down by 10 which doesn’t seem much for just cutting out chocolate.

That’s a massive drop @Sarah69 - well done and we’ll done for staying off the chocolate, keep going, maybe with a few more tweaks you could reduce it a bit more, but take the win!
