I originally got my recipe from the What have you eaten today thread, so pretty sure that a forum search on that thread for tuna melt muffins will yield a similar recipe (for the ones not using cmt).
My username there is Antje. Had to search to find out what my username is, laughed when I found it!
I even found a recipe for a tuna melt/bread thingy of yours on my cmt, copied from the main thread.

Never tried it though, I'd forgotten about cmt for months.
Here's the recipe as it is on my cmt. It's all in cups, oz, and Fahrenheit, neither of which makes sense to me so it's very unlikely I ever used the amounts as in the recipe. Can recommend more onions:
Ingredients

- dash of salt & pepperdash of salt & pepper

Steps
