2024/25 Football Season

Other than the actual football. Our supporters are non the wiser how our club can do business., Manager, players, or even an owner.
Not a clue!
A lot of play offs in the non league today, as well as last day in the EFL, decision time.

Pummelled 1-4 what a way to end the season lol. On a happier Note Bradford won so they are promoted to play us next season along with Doncaster so 2 Yorky Derbies for us. Only the play off's to come now to see who else we'll be playing from League 2 and who leaves us for the Championship.

@Lamont D nice finish to the season for you with a good win. Here's to better things for us both next season.

Huddersfield Town have reportedly offered their vacant head coach role to former boss David Wagner. According to talkSPORT, Town are looking to bring Wagner back to the John Smith’s Stadium, who guided the Terriers to promotion to the Premier League in 2017.

The 53-year-old spent just over three years at the helm during his time in charge of Town, following his appointment in November 2015. Town ended his first season 19th in the Championship, before the German led the club to the top flight via the play-offs the following season.

Now that would be nice but I think it's just speculation and I doubt he'd wanna return to the shambles we have.

Tomorrow Sunday 11th marks the 40th anniversary of the terrible tragedy at Bradford city FC. In which 56 people tragically lost their lives in a fire. Itwas a terrible tragedy in the world of football. I saw something on look North tv news earlier and I waschoking the tears back I don't mind telling you. They will not be forgotten.

David Beckham is expanding his football empire beyond the United States. After building Inter Miami into a prominent MLS team, the former England captain has now taken full control of Salford City, a club in England’s fourth division.

Previously a minority shareholder alongside the “Class of ‘92” legends like Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Phil Neville, and Nicky Butt, Beckham and Neville are now the sole owners of the club. With this shift in power, a new era is unfolding rapidly—and drastically.

The first bold move under the new regime was a sweeping clear-out: 17 players have been released following the team’s disappointing eighth-place finish this season. Among those let go is club icon Matthew Lund, a fan favorite whose departure shocked many

Lets hope it does them some good.

The Play off's are in full swing and as it stands Leyton Orient are half way to Wembley having gone 2-3 up on Agg. Still the 2nd half to go. Charlton and Wycombe play to a finish tomorrow night. Agg 0-0 so far. I fancy Wycombe to get to Wembley tomorrow night and I'd guess at Leyton Orient v Wycombe in the final. Lets see if I'm right. One of those 4 teams won't be playing us next season. I fancy Walsall and Notts County to get to Wembley in League 2 and I think Walsall will be victorious and come play us next season. At least we are clearing some dead wood out though I think the whole team should go. Lets start with a fresh brew next season. 4 to 5 weeks from now and the new fixtures will be out.
