Gym was lower body and a six mile bike ride….it pooped me out. Just finished lunch and will walk the dog shortly. Sun is shining but you can feel fallin the air…the crisp mornings are a dead giveaway.

Morning all 4.83 at 6am. Seems like fbg is stable after knee gel shot and going thru pain. No knee pain, bp is okay too. No choice but to keep going. Clear skies, ready to enjoy the day one way or the other. Have a nice day everyone.

Weird…but 6.5 today. I certainly won’t take the blame on this one….no carbs yesterday and tons of activity.
This morning was abs and yoga. A meat filled lunch with one quarter of a small apple and some almond butter. Best snack ever.
A cloudy day but still warm…the late summer amazing weather continues.
Practising speaking some Japanese…I’m so bad with language! I will certainly embarrass myself.
