So, last week’s test shows I’ve dropped from 45 back in May to 42 now, so still just within the prediabetes reference range. Slow and steady wins the race I guess and I have lost nearly two stone since then .
Bugs me that they didn’t test my cholesterol levels though , so I’ve still got this sword of Damocles: statins do I /don’t I thing hanging over me.
Oh and checking my HBa1C test history going back to 2020, why were prediabetic levels not flagged up to me then?? Ok to be fair I didn’t have the NHS app . Did anyone have it back then? Or is it just that the NHS keeps changing the goalposts?!
