8 YEARS SINCE I WAS DIAGNOSED TYPE 2 - UPDATE

Good to hear from you and your success in battling with and sort of conquering T2D. Congratulations and please keep the flag flying. Your success story is an inspiration to others. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Thank you Tayelola (what a lovely name). I most certainly will keep the flag flying. My goal is to help and inspire others. For too long t2d has been classed as a progressive disease (in fact when I was dx my nurse said that to me), it really does not have to be and nor should it be labelled so. Give people hope instead. So sharing for me is my way of saying 'no it isn't progressive, here's what you CAN do to help yourself'.
