im pretty much the oppossite if having steak any blood and i send it back. if asked at restraunt how i like it always say either "very well done" usually get it medium or medium-well

I have a friend who, when asked how he'd like his steak, says "ruined". I like meart cooked through as well, though I can handle a medium rare. Those slabs look sublime. Move over.

These took a good while to cook. - the fire wasn’t as hot as I’d have thought maybe the charcoal was a little damp

Still a real and rare treat in this kind of no mans land between Christmas and new year
