After nearly 3 months on what I am 99.9% sure is the real thing, not the placebo, I've lost significant weight, from 86.3 kg in January down to 79.6 kg last week. Without really trying! So that's a win - I'm hoping to eventually get down to 70 kg or below, but no rush. I'm no longer obese, which is a plus, just overweight. However, my insides are in constant flux - either "won't go" or "can't stop", which is a nuisance as I never know which it's going to be. And my summer trousers are too big, and this year the cheap ones (I don't want to spend a lot of money if I'm to drop another dress size before summer's end) are all wide-legged, which doesn't suit me!
By the way, the 14 mg pill doesn't taste nearly as bitter as the 7 mg pill did - I thought at first it must be the placebo, but then I started to feel sick.... quickly adjusted, though, other than the aforementioned bowel issues. I have no way of measuring my blood sugar, but do get hypos now, which I never did before - such a bore, as I get so cross for no reason, and then so sleepy afterwards!
