7.4 This morning (6.3 on the Dexcom).
My wife and I did some hiking over the weekend and cooked lunch during that, using a couple of freeze dried expedition meals that needed used up as they were closer to expiry. As those had something like 90g of carbs each I'm not surprised that my blood sugar is a bit on the high side. The Dexcom reckons I was at 8.4 before eating that for lunch (we'd walked a few miles by that point and my blood sugar always increases when I exercise) then spiked to somewhere over 12 about 90 minutes later then was back down to 7.1 after 3 hours.
