I have just joined this site and need to find my way around. I am female, British, 60yrs old and live in Switzerland. I have a daughter and grandson who is five today! I am divorced and live with my black labrador, Bonny, and siamese cat, Minky. I am an Artist. I am not religious but believe and have a very strong spiritual life.
I found out I have T2 two weeks ago after feeling ill for several months on and off. I have started taking medication and, of course, a strict diet. I was doing OK but now am starting to crave chocolate, cookies etc ....I just want to binge! HELP!!

Confused about the diet advise for type 2 with regards to Carbs but on the plus side i am back jogging and in the gym although nothing to strenious.
