Just been for a meal at Nandos. My blood sugars were a little high at 8.6 (had a couple too many dextrose tablets to cover a walk this morning). I had the butterfly chicken, and a Mediterranean salad. I donated all but one of the cherry tomatoes to my wife. The nandos website claims there is very little carbohydrate in this, but I have tested an hour later and my blood sugars read 18! Eek! Has anyone else had a problem like this? I have been low carving since the beginning of the week and prior to this my highest level has been 8.6.
